Ahmed Banz Mohammed Hemmed Al-Hammad was a Yurkish Arabic ice hockey coach who served as the first coach of Vabam Slices from its foundation in 1962 to June 1988, later returning to the team on July 18, 2014 to become the team's Secondary Assistant Coach until his death.

Vabam Slices[]
Al-Hammad was chosen by Al-Mohammed Banz Ahmed in 1962 to be the first coach of Vabam Slices. Olkov Armiv notably started playing in 1987 during Al-Hammad's tenure.
In June 1988 Al-Hammad was replaced by Gegp Keteromr, who would be the coach for 25 years.
Al-Hammad was interviewed in Arabic by Ahmed Band Al-Muhammad on Vabam News on February 3, 2014.
